Don Zihlman learned sales “On The Street”. He has been a consistent top-billing radio advertising sales rep, a radio station sales manager, and since 1988 president of his own marketing and sales training firm.
Today, He consults a variety of businesses, where he helps with their marketing, advertising and sales. He focuses his sales training on helping those who meet with customers on a direct face-to-face basis.
Over the years Don has provided marketing and sales guidance to a variety of clients, including car dealers, retirement communities, assisted living communities, denturists, home health agencies, real estate agencies, manufacturers, medical practices and banks.
Don currently publishes the National Denturist News, the newsletter of the National Denturist Association. He has conducted marketing and sales training programs at their national meetings, as well as being the keynote speaker at several conferences of the National Denturist Association. He was a guest speaker at the “Perfecting Your Practice” conference held in Guelph, Ontario and sponsored by the Denturist Association of Ontario. Don has spoken before business groups from Portland Oregon to Coventry England and a lot of points in between.
